Cook your fusilli pasta for 10-11 minutes, the pasta should have a slight bite to it.. Add the pasta to a serving dish and cover with your pesto.. Stir in the remaining pine nuts and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.. Add salt and pepper to taste.
